Several airlines including Continental, American, Branniff, and Eastern created travel brochures to not only advertise HemisFair, but to also advertise the number of flights into San Antonio on a daily basis. In 1968 a round trip from Chicago to San Antonio was around $102, a fraction of the cost for the same flight today. Some also advertised air/hotel packages at some of the hotels near the fair site.
Below you will find scans of various airline flyers and full page advertisements for flights to the HemisFair city. (Click on images for a closer look)
